RESERVATIONS: First night deposit is required for all reservations. A deposit guarantees the type of room requested. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved.
PAYMENT: Balance is due upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival date in order to receive refund of deposit. After 14 days prior, total deposit forfeited. Deposits (1st night stay) will be forfeited unless notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date. This includes credit card deposit. Reservations may not be shortened after arrival. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved. All other cancellations will be charged a $20.00 services fee. You are responsible for the number of nights reserved. Refunds are not given due to inclement weather. Rain or shine there are NO exceptions.
INFORMATION: Rooms do not include clocks, toasters, radios, hair dryers, irons, beach or pool towels. There is a $10.00 per person/per night charge for additional guests over the age of five. Cots and cribs are available for an additional fee of $10.00 per night. There is a $25.00 charge on all returned checks and a $10.00 charge for lost keys.
PETS: are not permitted on the premises.
